21 Day Ramp Up Challenge

21 Day Ramp Up Challenge!

This is not your normal New Years Challenge.  It isn’t restriction, it isn’t a transformation challenge.  It’s just a really smart jump start driven by *adding things* instead of taking them away.

You’re going to get:

  • Addition based food habits – you’ll literally crowd out bad habits with good ones, to make getting leaner easier and faster
  • Healthy Scavenger Hunt Items (with prizes!) fun challenges will get you eating healthier and more effectively, for fun
  • Smart kettlebell/bodyweight fat loss workouts (written by me!)

We’re going to ADD enjoyment, awareness, nutrients, and fitness in a way that pushes out a lot of previous problems you’ve had with nutrition in the past.

It’s all things you can build into your lifestyle for lifelong results.

It’s all stuff that’s smart and effective.

It’s all put together by Georgie Fear, Roland Fisher, and myself, in partnership with Strength Matters.  It’s sort of a food habits and workout dream team =)

P.S. a dozen or so trainers have already asked — there is going to be stuff for doing this with your clients.  Including some bonus stuff for you to be able to coach it in a really specific, new, effective way.
