EAT ALL THE CANDY

Halloween-free-day

Seriously, if you like candy, just eat some.  One day is fine.

On Halloween, eat candy.

Then stop eating candy.

It's that simple.

Keep it to a day, or two days max.  Be done with candy by Monday.

One day is never an issue.  It's when you use your Halloween candy to say that you "blew it" and just keep eating crap straight through 'til New Years.  Don't do that.

So eat some candy.

Then stop.

And then, on Thanksgiving, eat way too much turkey and mashed potatoes and stuffing and whatever else.  And then stop.  A day or two.  Not a week.  Not two weeks.  Not a month.  Not free-for-all-until New Years.

Remember — it's not what you eat on the holidays that makes people gain weight the next couple months.  It's what they eat between the holidays.
