My friend Jen Sinkler and her friend JVB are giving away some PDFs and videos on stronger squats, bench presses, and deadlifts!

I’ve been a huge fan of Jen forever, ’cause she’s all about women getting stronger.  And, since most of my clients are women, Jen’s stuff on strength and conditioning has always been a great fit to use with my clients.
