How Often and How Hard Should Women Workout?

In this video, Molly hits on something that it seems like everyone is getting wrong these days.  Too much, too little, too hard, too easy.  Get the skinny on exactly how much working out you should do by clicking below:

Girls Gone Strong

People absolultey loved the last video.  I’m a huge fan of Molly’s stuff, both at Girls Gone Strong, and the stuff she’s written about female body image and her Love Your Body Challenge.

Anyway, this is another one where Molly drops knowledge on like a zillion women’s workout issues in like four minutes.

The point she hits at 1:18 in the video is the most important workout concept you need to understand for long term results.

And she uses a metaphor that makes it simpler and clearer than I’ve ever heard before.
