How To Be in The Driver’s Seat with Your Nutrition

Something that comes up all of the time inside of coaching food —

As far as inner dialog – just know that no-one has a perfect wonderful inner dialog.

Super lean fit rockstar body girls and guys don't have a perfect inner dialog.  Super lean fit rockstar body girls and guys mostly interrupting their inner dialog and doing something new.

I usually tell people to stop trying to manage their inner dialog, their thoughts and their feelings. But just to honor their goals, their plans, and their word.

We often treat our inner dialog like it's us. In reality, it's mostly given to us.

Media, things people have told us, stuff we've read, ways we were conditioned in school. Our inner dialog is not really our creation.

On the flip-side, your goals, your plans, your word — that's all what you said. That's something you got to create for yourself.

So, just as a context, you can honor your goals, your word, your plans.  Or you can honor this inner dialog that's basically been dumped on you.

You get to choose.

Put yourself in the driver's seat for a change.
