So, even though I’ve read Molly’s stuff for years and we’ve interacted on Facebook, this was the first time we’d ever actually talked in person!

We talked about how to:

  • Workout for strength when it’s not just about weight loss
  • Feel worthy, confident, and enough
  • Steps to take to start loving your body
  • Not feel like you need to fix yourself

I re-post Girls Gone Strong’s great content weekly, so I knew I totally agree with and support everything they are about — still it’s kinda silly for me re-watching the video, I so totally love their perspective and what they stand for that I’m nodding and saying yes continuously the whole video =)
