I know a lot of my clients have really gotten a lot out that “levels of motivation” conversation.

Also, folks who are coming from diet world tend to really need the skills vs rules part…

…while folks who have been working on something like intuitive eating tend to get a lot out of the skills vs guidelines part.

I think that there’s a lot here that folks might find useful.
