In fact, if you have had times in your life where you've gotten really good fat loss results, you probably make mistake more often.
And every time you make this mistake, you set yourself up to have a harder time getting fat loss results next time.
It usually goes like this: You bust your ass working out and dieting to get in shape for the (wedding/vacation/class-reunion/birthday) and you lose 10lbs and love the way you look and you are stoked.
And when you come back from the (wedding/vacation/class-reunion/birthday) you get back in the gym, but it isn't really the same. You keep working out, but nothing really changes. In fact, very slowly, over time, you gain some of the fat back.
OR, you come back from your (wedding/vacation/class-reunion/birthday) and you get right back to kicking ass in the gym. You maintain that body… it just feels harder than before. In fact, you feel kind of tired.
That is, until the next (wedding/vacation/class-reunion/birthday) comes around. But you're an experienced workout girl, you know what to do, you go back to the plan again and bust your ass in the gym and food logging all over again.
The problem is, that this time it's harder than the last time.
And that's the problem, it's almost like it gets a little harder every time.
Getting Leaner Should Get Easier
In essence, it's the women that have had the most success working out and dieting that are usually the ones making it hardest on themselves.
The truth is, you can't bust your ass in the gym all of the time.
You need to carefully plan out when you are going to do ass kicking fat-loss-results-programs (and get killer results) and when you are going to do make-fat-loss-easier-programs to set yourself up to have the next ass kicking fat loss program get you more results and easier results.

Here is the two step formula to getting easy fat loss results forever:

The Mistake Is To Always Be In Ass Kicking Mode
You need to be in ass kicking mode sometimes.
Just not nearly as often as you think. In fact, 50% of the time is too much. It's true, your workouts are mostly too hard.
If you feeling like you are working your butt off, but not really getting anywhere, that's a sure fire sign that I'm talking to you.
You see, the problem used to be that people weren't working hard enough. They were doing too much long slow cardio and stupid machine workouts. Then we got kettlebells and CrossFit and P90X and hardcore workout programs, Insanity Workout DVDs, bootcamps and full body workouts in magazines.
In effect, it switched from stupid and ineffective workouts (think 3-5 years ago) to doing effective workouts at 100% full out, all of the time, until it kills you.
You can have too much of a good thing.
The first thing you need to do in your make-fat-loss-easier-program is this: Add variation in intensity to your workout week.
Three Workout Per Week Make Fat Loss Easier Program:
Workout #1 should be at 90-100%
(90% most of the time, once or twice per month at 100%)
Workout #2 should be at 80%
Workout #3 should be at 70%
Not only will you get better fat loss results, but you'll also be stronger, fresher, and be more excited about working out and enjoy it your workouts more.
