The One Most Effective Piece of Equipment for Fat Loss

It's not kettlebells.

It's not barbells.

It's not dumbbells.

It's not machines.

It's Tupperware 62tupperware

Seriously, there is nothing more effective than packing your food ahead of time.

If you can pack all of your protein for the week on monday and put it in the fridge at work – AWESOME.

If you can pack your fruits and veggies to work 2-3 times per week.  AWESOME.

If you can have dinner ready, and portioned out, for the whole family before you leave for work – SUPER AWESOME.  This is prob best handled 2x per week, like Sunday night/Wednesday night plan.

What makes all of this possible?  Tupperware.

It's like the fat loss super magic maker.

It's like the fat loss supercharger to end all time.

It's like the ultimate bestest rockstar-abs-ass-body -inator in the history of the world.

What ever your nutrition program is (if you aren't on a nutrition program, shame on you), you can portion it out ahead of time and save yourself the emotional drama later.

Preparation wins the fat loss battle ever time.

P.S. That's why the 21 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge incudes a 21 Day Food Challenge as well.

Thanks Josh! It seems simple. Simply using tupperware to cause you to eat well! Will be incorporating this into my weekly plan for sure! Not that I’m over weight, but eating better equals functioning better. Thanks again.
