Hey everyone! Just got back from speaking at the Elite Fitness Performance Summit! It’s probably the biggest audience I’ve spoken in front of ever, which was really fun and exciting… and also kinda scary!
But I think I did ok! Afterwards about 30 people told me that the Coaching Habits Workshop was their favorite of the weekend (!) and that it had an amazing amount of immediately useable tools (!!!)
So, given that usually I feel like I “snuck in” as a speaker (everyone there is like 100 times more well known than I am!), and how freaking amazing all of the other talks were, it was a really really huge for me that a big portion of the audience really felt like the Coaching Habits Workshop was so valuable for them.
