Your Hormones and Fat Loss

One of the tricks is changing the design of your workouts to alter the hormonal response you get for working out.  There are three kinds of workouts that change different hormones.

Workouts That Change Hormone Balance = You Have Less Fat
(and less stubborn fat the right places)

Does it work?

Just ask any woman on her period about how lean she is.   She's 5lbs heavier, and she feels fatter in the worst places.  But a week later, she's back down in weight and leaner in those spots.  And the only thing that changed is her hormonal balance.

That's how powerful hormones are.  But normally our hormones are working against us. 

Now it's time you started getting your hormones to work for your fat loss, by doing smarter workouts.

There are three kinds of training that produce different hormonal responses.  Since you are really up to kicking ass and taking names when it comes to transforming your body, you have to know what they are.
