21 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge Program Info

21DKSKChallenge - Vertical - low res

Ok, I'm getting tons of questions, so I can see I should have better explained what the program is like!

It's an interval training program that cycles in intensity between hard days, easy days and medium days. It uses two movements: Swings and Pushups.

It has three levels of workouts: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Each day it tells you exactly what to do in the workout, second by second. It's a pretty solid "done for you" program.

The beginner program is be pretty doable for someone brand new to kettlebells. The advanced program is a pretty solid butt kicking for anyone.

Let me know if you have any more questions!
