So I used to do this workshop around Denver called “The Three Biggest Fat Loss Mistakes” back in 2005-2008. It was all about how low slow cardio blows and machine workouts are lame.
Guess what? In 2011 everyone does high intensity circuits of big movements! Bodyweight training, kettlebells, bootcamps, P90X, hardcore warehouse gyms… The solution to the old problems created a new set of problems.
The super high intensity fad has created this cycle of SUPER RESULTS –> SUPER CRASH FAILURE. It’s kind of like crash dieting, but with workouts. If you want to make fat loss easy (and you can) I’ve got news for you – that ain’t it.
