4 Keys To 4X Faster Fat Loss

Lets talk about burning 1000 calories in a single workout. 

The ACE study proved that it's possible, but it isn't easy.  It takes the proper combination of these four key elements.

Keys #1 and #2 are absolutely essential to fat loss workouts.  These are the things that great fat loss trainers do, and nearly EVERYONE who is working out on his or her own completely misses.  Systematic progressing like this seems like a no brainer, but most people don't do it.

Key #3, G-Funk, is one of my favorites.  I mean, if Warren G and Nate Dogg don't stand for fat loss, nothing does.
