In this first video interview, we talk next steps after kettlebell swings – If you are new to kettlebell, here's three essential movements to add to your training right now.

For anyone who is new to the Goblet Squat, here is an awesome picture of Master RKC Andrea Du Cane in the low position of the goblet squat: Long, tall spine, weight on her heels, pressing out on her knees with her elbows: http://www.dragondoor.com/thumbs/workshops/june09/278

Hey Josh! Thanks for another great video. And perfect timing because I just got an adjustable kettlebell 🙂 So this leads me to the question part of my comment…can you recommend a good kettlebell dvd? I am not the kind of person who can just put together a kettlebell workout myself (at least not yet), so something to get me started (I’ve used kettlebells before, and am in good shape, so nothing too fluffy please!). Ideally a half hour to hour video would be best (if that exists). I really value your opinion, so I know any recommendation from you would be great. Thanks again!
