Awesome Workout Log Tool

It's basically Twitter for workouts.

You can post your workouts, join groups of people doing the same workouts (Like Stubborn 7 or Fighter Workouts), and get motivated.  It's awesome.

It's awesome.  And just like Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, StumbleUpon and all of my favorite other social networking tools, it's totally free.

Check it out:

www.iSweat.com

And you can check me out:

and the groups:

The Stubborn Seven Pounds Workout Group:

The Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss Workout Group:
http://isweat.com/group/fighter_workouts

It's just a really fun tool that just came out today (was being bata tested last week), and I wanted to share it with you!

I'm all about creating workout communities, and I think it would be really amazing for everyone reading (all 4,121 of you) to be able to interact with each other and share workouts.

I also have mine connected to my Twitter account so that it updates Twitter when I post something at iSweat.

Also, question about groups: Would you prefer a seperate groups Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss for Women, and Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss for Men, or just one big Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss group?

Hey Josh! I am a believer and I have started to be more aware of what I’m taking into my body. This is something I had stopped really paying attention to being busy and all. But having a diabetic mother who is fanatic about her health and well being, I’m back on track again.

I also bought my first kettlebell and I’m ready to go up in weight! Thanks for sharing great tips and information!
