Valerie Hedlund is RKC, CSCS and FMS certified.  Plus she's super cool.  I met her when we both assisted at the April RKC Certification, and now we kick it at the one and only Kettlebell Snatchapalooza (what we call it when we get all the Denver RKC Certified Instructors together for a workout).

She blogged about these videos at: http://pacificstrength.blogspot.com/2011/07/do-move-dont-just-make-shape.html

    Josh,
thank you to you and Val for sharing these videos and blog. Her videos really help me know what to “feel” for when I am swinging. As she mentioned, I notice my arms want to lift when I use a lighter weight, but my form is way better when I swing with a heavier weight. Keep up the great work, I get alot out of your blog!
