    Hi, Josh. I just wanted to thank you for reminding me that I need to do the 21 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge again to kick off the new year! Also, I’m posting a video that I just watched, from a gym that’s not too far from me: http://www.intonefitnesstraining.com/Videos.php (the vid on kettlebells). Is it me, or is he nuts?

    Unfortunately (for him, at least), I don’t think he has a clue! I might just have to (anonymously, since I don’t belong to his gym) give him a clue.
