Bread for Fat Loss

I know, a lot of people think bread is evil.

And for the most part, I try to steer people away from eating too many white starchy carbs.

What if there is bread that isn't evil?

What if there was actually GOOD BREAD!

Halfway Back To Caveman Carbs….

I recommend going back in time for getting your carbs.

Caveman carbs would be fruits and vegetables.  Anything you can hunt and gather.

But what if we only went halfway back?

Spelt is like a Bronze Age carbohydrate.  I like Spelt Bread that has three ingredients: Spelt, water, and sea salt.

Basically, the farther back you go in time, the less processed you get, generally the better it is for you.

The spelt bread I get has like two ingredients: Spelt flour and salt.

Keep in mind: With no preservatives, you're going to have to keep it in the freezer.

Back To The Future

I'm telling you, the carbs of the future all come from the past.

Bronze age bread Spelt is prob my favorite.

If you think brown rice is awesome, you should go ancient Inca style and try some Quinoa.

Another awesome bread is Ezekiel Bread.  Just like in Pulp Fiction.

If you want food that's awesome for losing fat and leaning up, just go back in time.
