Building a Workout Habit – Avoiding the 5 Most Common Mistakes

I’ve been writing a lot about food habits over the last two years, so I was really stoked when the awesome people at GMB Fitness asked me to write about building a workout habit!

I’ve surveyed readers and found that there is actually a pretty good mix of people, from those who have their workout habits dialed in, to those who really have a hard time maintaining a consistent workout habit.

For those people who’ve been having trouble, this article details the 5 biggest mistakes people make that keep them from workout consistency, and the flip-side, the five keys that make building your workout habit totally doable.
I’ve found that some of the people that struggle the most aren’t any less motivated, it’s just that they’ve been taught to set up their workout programs in a way that is destined to fail.  And that’s waaaaaaay more common than you think.
