Besides hopefully being really useful, it was one of the most fun podcasts I’ve ever done. I love the Balance 365 crew, everything they stand for, and the intelligence and effectiveness of the systems they create. I learned a few things talking to them that were really helpful to me in coaching eating skills, like a really unique way they teach goldilocksing. I feel like habit coaching twinsies with the Balance 365 crew.
I think of all of the podcasts I’ve done, this is the one where I’ve gotten the most immediate messages and emails from people about it being useful to them.
