Getting Lean, Tight, Sexy and Confident with Kettlebell Workouts
Josh Hillis, RKC, interviews Marion Pitts Ingram, RKC – who isn’t a personal trainer and doesn’t like to work out, about why she does kettlebell workouts and why she attended the RKC Kettlebell Instructor Certification.
Hi Josh,
Long time reader, first time commenter. I just had a couple of questions I was hoping you could help me with. I have an hourglass shape that I’m pretty proud of, and the only thing that has ever changed it was heavy lifting and kickboxing. I want to keep my same basic shape, but I also need to start heavy lifting again for work (I’m a lifeguard). Will kettlebell training help to keep this effect at a minimum? Or will I have to really avoid ab work?

Terrific interview with Marion. Can you find out what kind of workout
She uses as a regular non-rockstar person who just looks like a rockstar.
