Hey Josh! I’d just like to find out if you think your Stubborn Seven Pounds program will be suitable for me. It sounds really great and I’m really keen! But it seems more like it’s for people who are already pretty fit and look good…I’m not exactly close to being fit and I’m not hapy with how I look at all. Do you think the workouts will be too hard-core for me? I’d just like to get your personal opinion before I buy the book…

There is a beginner’s program included in the package.
What you need and what someone who is really fit needs is actually the same – you’re just going to start with lighter weights, and lower intensity cardio.
If someone is really out of shape, the interval training could be walking fast for a minute instead of sprinting for a minute.
It’s all scalable.
Where a girl who is in really wicked shape may use a 30lb dumbbell, you might use a 5lb dumbbell – but you still need to do the same movement.
It’s really cool you asked because I know starting is the hardest part. Keep in mind, it’s all just a matter of time. Put in the work, and put in the time, and you’ll get everything you want!
