Holiday Parties and Thanksgiving Leftovers

I know it seems like it would be fun to just let it all go – eat and drink straight through December and then just do damage control in the New Year.

Trust me – it's really more fun to keep your workouts tight and your food tight through the holidays.

It's always more fun to get leaner.

If you keep up your food log and workouts through December you can wear any dress you want to the New Years party!

The whole rest of the world is gaining 7lbs for the holidays.

Wouldn't it be more fun to Lose 7lbs For The Holidays?

There's no law that says you have to gain weight for the holidays.  There's nothing magic about November and December.

It's a choice.

You can choose to let it all go this month.

Or you can choose to get leaner and hotter this month.

Everyone else is going to gain an inch on their waist and lose sight of their abs.

You can take an inch off of your waist, tighten up your stomach, and find your abs.

Kendra lost an inch and a half off of her waist and got tight flat abs!

Shelly lost an inch off of her waist!

Irina lost an inch and a half off of her waist!

Marie lost an inch and a half off her butt, a half inch into her waist, and fit into a size zero dress!

Hilary lost 5% bodyfat and got ripped abs!

By overwhelming demand, I extended the sale on The Stubborn Seven Pounds.

Thanks for your great site Josh! I’m well on my way already to getting ripped instead of gaining over the holidays. So far I’ve lost 2% body fat and have about 8% to go. You are absolutely right; pigging out over the holidays is a choice and I’m choosing to stick with my program.

Okay, I was all ready to pig out for the holidays, but this post is just way too inspiring. Time to re-double my efforts. Thanks for the reminder.
