How Overweight People Eat

Ok, so I wrote an article on how celebrities eat – the four laws you cannot break.

Now it's time to do the reverse – how overweight people eat.

Follow These Six Rules And You Are Gauranteed To Be Overweight:

1.) Eat processed food.  If it comes out of a box, wrapping paper, or a drive through window, eat it!

2.) Skip meals.  Especially breakfast and lunch.

3.) Avoid protein.  Unless it's not real meat, like fast food.

4.) Every meal must have a beverage – either soda or beer.

5.) Every meal must be eaten with extra bread.

6.) You must have desert every night after dinner.

And The Bonus Rule:

7.) Always have an excuse why you aren't going to work out today.  It doesn't matter what the excuse is, just make sure you have one.  Bonus points for every time you come up with a new one.

So There You Have It!

I didn't write this just for fun.  The idea is to look at which of those things you are still doing, and cut it out!

Eat like a celebrity = celebrity body

Eat following any of these seven rules = not celebrity body

It's just as important to know what NOT TO DO.

I’m very good with my workouts but sometimes fall short on my food log. These guides are a simple, yet effective reminder. I printed them out and posted them in my log for motivation.

I still have one question; Can you eat vegetarian and still be in fantastic shape? Or is an omnivorous diet best for creating a “rock star” body?

AnnaMaria: An Omnivorous diet makes it a lot easier.

You can be a vegetarian and get in wicked shape, it’s just harder to get enough protein.

But if you do get enough protein, then going veggie gets a thumbs up.

This made me laugh, but you make a lot of really good points. It makes me very happy that I don’t follow any of those 🙂

These rules are very funny, and very true at the same time. I never followed any of these rules but unfortunately I know too many people who think that this is the right way to live. I think that many people simply don’t have enough will-power to shift their habits into a healthier way.
