RE: How To Cheat on Your Diet

Ok, everyone knows you need to have some cheat meals in your nutrition program.  Usually just to maintain sanity.

And you know that you're results have everything to do with eating clean most of the time.

What you may not know is that you can use cheat meals as a tool to get even better results.

Done correctly, your cheat meals will help you lose fat faster.

It all has to do with HOW MANY cheat meals you have…

HOW MUCH you cheat when you have your cheat meals….

and it's enormously dependent on WHEN you have your cheat meals.

There is a science to it.

My friend Joel "Body For Life Champion" Marion has researched the science of cheat meals for six years.

I was talking to him on the phone about it last week, and it blew me away.

You've gotta check out Joel's videos.  His book isn't out yet, but you might want to put his book on your wish list also.

Watch the videos here:

If you've ever worried that your cheat meals might be slowing down your progress, and want to know how to do cheat meals right, check out his videos!

Remember, it's all about HOW MANY, HOW MUCH, and WHEN.

P.S.  People always ask me if I'm ever going to write a nutrition book, or do meal plans.  Nope, not my thing.  But Joel's book is going to be AWESOME.

Besides being the ultimate cheat meal blueprint, it's going to have complete "done-for-you" meal plans for what to eat the rest of the time.  It'll be everything you need to know about nutrition, all in one place.

Is this blog just an advertisement?

I find it interesting that Joel is now offering meal plans… I’d signed up for his online coaching program, and his “nutrition plan” was simply a list of proteins, fats & carbs… pick one from each list and there ya go.

He hired a really well known, really good registered dietitian to do all of the meal plans.

It’s a really kick ass book, and it’s a book I would never write myself. This is a strong recommendation.

I mean seriously, if there is a better way to use your cheat meals to lose weight faster, you wouldn’t HAVE to know how that works?

If I remember correctly, it’s Jayson Hunter, RD, CSCS.

    Hey Josh!

Thanks for letting people know about the free videos and site! Not an advertisment, Josh has seen the product and knows it’s going to help people, which is why he is recommending it.

That said, nothing to buy right now…check out the free videos and the upcoming content (you’ll learn a ton just from that) and if you decide it’s something you might like to invest in later, you’ll get a huge discount during the pre-sale. If not, that’s cool, too! I think you’ll find the info very helpful nonetheless.

    To YOUR success!

    Joel

P.S. And yes, Jayson did all the meal plans for this one based on all my recommendations. A pretty sweet overall package.

“If you’ve ever worried that your cheat meals might be slowing down your progress, and want to know how to do cheat meals right, check out his videos!”

    This is a blatant lie.

This video gives you zero information about “how to do cheat meals right.” It does nothing but hype his upcoming book.

    Don’t waste your time.

There are A LOT more free videos and articles coming over the next two weeks for those who register. The Death of Dieting sets the stage with explaining the problem, and how periodic cheating can help. Most people won’t watch a 45-60 minute video, so we’re spacing it out.

    Be patient dude!

I did; it was a bestseller. This is not a “book”…it’s a course (audio, video, manuals, workbooks, checklists, etc) and contains a ton of new information – New priming phase, 5 new versions of the core phase, new maintenance phase…all three phases of the diet are different…along with a bunch of updates for even better results.

The print book is dated (which is the problem with print books, you can’t update them…will never be a problem with this digital product…free lifetime updates).

OK. I actually have your book. So I got confused. Thanks for clearing that up.
    Sounds interesting.
