Now, you might have gotten a few emails from other bloggers/authors about "The Top 23 Belly Fat Blasting Foods" report that my friend Joel is giving away.
Here is the thing – the table of 23 foods is legit, but I don't think it's the important part of the report.
I think that the important part is the rule he shares on how he *chose* those 23 foods. And, while this rule will be forehead-slapping-ly obvious AFTER you discover it, it's something that most people I talk to about nutrition haven't ever heard before.
And – if you've got more then 10 pounds to lose – I can guarantee that you are breaking that rule a lot of the time
