I am totally, totally honored to have a program featured among all of this awesomeness.
In fact, getting published in this book of leaders of the RKC community is the coolest thing that’s happened to me since getting quoted by The Los Angeles Times. I’m really, really stoked.
It’s also the first thing I’ve done that comes in both hardback and e-book.

P.S. The book itself is totally unusual – it has kettlebell programs and workouts for a wild variety of goals – everything from fat loss programs, to a whole host of different strength and conditioning programs strength and stability, to all kinds of different sport specific programs. There’s nothing quite like it. My favorite part is getting this totally unique window into the training ideas of all these different coaches.
