I’m On The Kettlebell Channel St. Patrick’s Day Edition!

I always call DragonDoor TV "The Kettlebell Channel", it's the source for all goings on in the Hard-Style (RKC) Kettlebell World.

Besides featuring the Lose Stubborn Fat! Blog and the Spartacus Workout, I got a kick out of the "Kettlebell Rides" segment.

Of course my favorite part was when Amanda said "Josh Hillis is 1/4 Irish, and 100% awesome!"

But it's really all about the kettlebell community, and plugging yourself in.  It's a super fun inside look at what everyone else is up to in kettlebell world.  And if you're getting into kettlebell lifting in a major way, you should track these guys down on Twitter or Facebook and follow them.

Plugging yourself into the kettlebell community is just another structure, outside of yourself, to motivate you and push you to your fitness goals.

Amanda Salas on Twitter and Amanda Salas on Facebook
Besides being the host of DDTV, Amanda Salas is also the spokesperson for Camp Vegas and a host of WheelsTV.  She also produced the newest kettlebell swing DVD featuring Tracey Rifkind, RKC (of 4 Hour Body Fame).  Amanda is total a rockstar, and she's wicked fit, you've got to follow her.

Fawn Friday on Facebook and Fawn Friday on YouTube
Fawn Friday is an RKC Kettlebell Instructor and recently a powerlifting superwoman. Fawn is a competitive powerlifter and holds the Minnesota State record for squat and deadlift in the 123lb Raw Division.  She's proof that a girl can be super strong and still look like a girl!
