It’s That Time of the Year: Pumpkin Workouts!

Three years ago the first pumpkin workout debuted… now they are a holiday tradition!

If you've never done a pumpkin workout before, you've got to do at least one, just for fun. Working out doesn't always have to be THAT serious!

In this video, Holly Rigsby "The Fit Yummy Mummy" demonstrates a bunch of the workout moves you can do with a pumpkin!
