I've gotten some worried texts, emails, and facebook messages from clients, so I just want to remind you that if you're at a big Super Bowl party, make it a free day. Just like Thanksgiving. Seriously, make life easy for yourself.
And then tomorrow just get back on your normal plan.
You should have a food plan. Just get back on it. You don't need to punish yourself tomorrow, or go super low calorie tomorrow or go super low carb tomorrow.
Just get back on the plan, tomorrow.
Breathe.
