Halloween is one of those holidays where if you want to show off how much work you've done all year, you totally get to.
And now, at the beginning of October, you still have a chance to kick some serious ass and lose another 6-8 pounds.
First, get the food in line: Josh Hillis Fat Loss Nutrition Coaching Session ($7.95)
and then I'd get your workouts in gear: The 21 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge ($9.77)
Most of you have one or both of those products already. So just lock it down and do them.
And if you already have a workout program from somewhere else that you are doing JUST KEEP DOING IT. Just lock down your food for the rest of the month:
1.) Restrict your free meals to one day per week.
2.) Restrict your free meals to one day: That includes all of the Halloween Candy people bring in to the office.
3.) Make a mental plan to restrict your free meals to one day per week. What you are going to say to people who bring in candy.
4.) Restrict your free meals to one day per week: Make a plan of what you are going to eat the rest of the week. Plan, prepare, and cook your meals ahead of time.
If you are noticing a theme, it's because this really isn't that complicated. Just lock it down for the rest of the month, and then wear something really really cool on Halloween, and send me a picture and I'll post it:
