Make It Work

Life rarely presents us with ideal scenarios to eat right and workout.

You have to find a way to make it work.

Right now I'm really, really busy.

Rarely do I get in the hour to hour and a half workouts that I enjoy.

I'm fitting in mini-workouts when ever I get a chance.

Some times I'm doing a set of pullups or a set of single leg squats between clients.

Sometimes I'm doing kettlebell work at night during commercials while I'm watching TV.

If I've got five minutes when I get back from lunch, I'm doing my Z-Health exercises.

I fit in what I can, whenever I can.

And I keep getting stronger.

And I keep adding muscle.

And I keep getting leaner.

I don't know what your situation is.

But you can make excuses.

Or you can make it work.

I have tried so many diet programs without success and nearly gave up, and then I bought and tried Fat Loss for Idiots. It is a no-nonsense approach that really worked for me!

Josh, who is your model for Fighter Workouts for Fat Loss for women? I think you should feature her on here. 🙂

    Laura,

I’ve had a lot of people request that! So I’ll totally do a feature on Cody! (she’s the model for FW4FL)

    Hi Josh,

I just got out of a cast from a broken leg. How soon can I get back to doing kettlebell workouts?

    Thank you,
    Adrienne
