Ok look, I should have seen this coming. People are now telling me that people would be healthier eating Paleo than eating Meso.
Of course, everyone agrees you can get all of the fat loss results you want with Meso
Movie stars eat Meso
Bikini models eat Meso
Fitness models eat Meso
Bodybuilders eat Meso
Basically, everyone who's actually livelihood depends on looking hot, eats Meso.
So they're not questioning me on fat loss results, they're questioning me on health.
Are You Working On Big Issues Or Small Issues?
They're missing the point. Trust me, most people's big health issues come from sugar, white flour, and alcohol. This is 95% of people's health issues.
So if going from the normal American diet to Meso is like going from 0%-95% healthy.
Is it possible that Meso, with soaking and sprouting would take you from 95%-98%? Sure.
Then is it possible that going from Meso with soaking and sprouting to Paleo would take you from 98% to 100%. Sure. Maybe. Ok.
Again, this is all predicated on that we're taking the case that Paleo is the ultimate health diet, for the sake of argument.
So, between Meso and Paleo, we agree on 95-98% of what constitutes a healthy diet. And yet I'm getting flak from fitness professionals that have a major problem with the 2% we dissagree on?
Real People Working on Fat Loss and Health
Most people, really are dealing with not eating the brownies that their co-worker brought in to work. They're dealing with not drinking as much alcohol on the weekends. They are dealing with not eating as much bread. These are the things that real people deal with in real life.
Trust me, qunioa or brown rice isn't the health problem most people in America are dealing with. Quinoa and brown rice is a massive step forward in terms of quality of carbs for people.
The Josh Hillis Meso Diet™ is a huge step forward. It gets people all of the fat loss results they want. It gives them a massive leap forward in terms of energy. For the clients I've had that have tracked their change in health, with their doctor, they've *all* had massive improvements in every marker of health that was tracked.
How To Know if Paleo might be better for you than Meso:
1.) You don't eat any sugar
2.) You don't have any alcohol
3.) You don't have any wheat/gluten of any kind
4.) You're already soaking legumes and sprouting quinoa you eat.
In this case, then it's possible (depending on who you ask), that going full Paleo might increase your health by somewhere in the range of 2% over Meso. I won't contest that at all.
It's my case that Meso is a huge step forward for all of my clients, and that it's easier for people to make work in the real world. If, someone "masters" Meso, and would like to move to Paleo, it's a small hop from one to the other, should you so desire to.
But we handle all of the big issues with Meso, and certainly everything needed to get the body you want.

These are some great tips. An important thing to keep in mind while aiming to lose weight is that you should not change your lifestyle overnight. It’s very important to keep yourself hydrated, to get enough sleep and not to let yourself starve!
