Mountain Climbers are a great “bodyweight cardio” exercise. I like to throw them in between intervals of other things, like this:

Mountain Climbers
0:30 work / 0:30 rest interval – 8:00 total
They’re basically a really intense plank, so make sure you’ve already progressed from plank to pushup plank to single leg pushup plank with awesome form, a good ab brace, and no rotation, first.
