Thanks, Josh. Do you know what I need to own to do these workouts? I already have an apartment full of kettlebells. And how long will they take to do?

Excellent question. These workouts are designed to be done with dumbbells and with bodyweight.
If you have a good set of kettlebells, you can definitely use those instead of dumbbells.
