It’s amazing what we can do with your fat loss when you have just the right coaching and a lot ofaccountability.
In fact, that’s really all it takes to get the results you want with your body:
1.) Know exactly what to do next,
2.) Be held accountable to doing it.
My favorite thing in the world is to talk to you about your food habits, and find that *one* thing to do this week that’s going to have to start losing stubborn fat immediately, and then have you do just that. It’s a really simple process when you are doing the *right* things.
I’m opening up my coaching program in a big way (you can read why below).
I’d like to take about 30 people, and here are the options:

Why Group Coaching Instead of One on One
You might not know, but I used to do coaching for a personal growth company, and we’d do all of the coaching in a big class of 20-40, broke up into groups of 5 or 6 people. People produced bigger, more life-changing results in that intentional, well coached group, than they ever did with any kind of one on one coaching. I always though “If I could only do this for fitness…” I didn’t think it was possible.
So I did one-on-one habit-based nutrition and workout coaching for over a decade. And it worked well. Every time I’d seen coaching done in groups for fitness, it was pretty terrible. So honestly, I assumed group coaching for fitness was always a compromise. Boy was I wrong.
When I did the internship with Alwyn Cosgrove at Results Fitness, I found out that small-group personal training (4 clients to 1 trainer) was actually more effective than 1 on 1. That if the group was small enough for everyone to get individual attention, and managed in a really smart way, that you’d get all of insane benefits of a group (people win as teams) and all of the attention and coaching of 1 on 1.
Then when I met Steven Ledbetter (Coach Stevo of the Motivate Seminars fame) I found out that group works even better for nutrition. This blew my mind. Most of the head-trip stuff that people deal with with food (which is most of it) happens 10x easier in a group. It’s almost magic. Again, it just has to be done correctly. We do a big class of 20-40, broken up into groups of 5 or 6. Everyone gets (up to) daily accountability, support, and coaching (literally, as much or as little as you need)
Beta Testing the Habitry iPhone App
Stevo created an iPhone app based on the group coaching structure. Running my habit change program (from Fat Loss Happens on Monday) through his group coaching structure, through this iPhone app he just developed, is pretty much the most amazing opportunity for habit-based nutrition coaching you’ll ever get.
I’m completely and totally pumped about it. It’s the best, most effective service I’ve ever been able to provide for you. And really, that’s what I’ve always wanted — a really great structure to be able to provide you with as much coaching as you need.
So, we’re beta testing this new app, so this coaching group is available for people with an iPhone only.
