Should you do intermittent fasting?

Put a lot of time into this article on intermittent fasting — who it works for and who it doesn’t work for (if someone has a weight loss goal).

The thing is — it actually comes down to what makes it easiest for you to self-regulate food intake. Most people fall in one range of meals per day, other folks fall into different ranges.

The cool thing is, if you work on eating skills and guidelines, that sorts itself out on its own.

You don’t need someone else to give you the arbitrary rules that worked for them.

P.S. how many people are going to hate me after reading this article? LOL kidding, I think it’s actually really balanced.

Lots of empirical studies referenced at the bottom.

Check it out at GMB Fitness.
