System Six: Do I Really Have That Much Free Time?

In general, people have been pretty shocked with how little total work the whole thing is.

You could conceivably do warmup-workout-swings and be done in a half hour.

And that’s how I do it with my clients: We spend 20 minutes talking about their food journal and strategies for upgrading their ability to eat the right food in real life, and spend the time left overworking out.

The whole idea was to leave LOTS of room for the ninja food skills and food planning/shopping/preparation.

The workouts are necessary but not sufficient for fat loss, and most people really should be spending way more time prepping food and way less time working out.

From the System Six: Easy Fat Loss program itself: “We’ve been conditioned by The Biggest Loser and P90X to believe that fat loss workouts have to be really hard.  In fact, we desperately want to believe that hard fat loss workouts are the answer… so we don’t have to go to work on our food.”
