    I like it.

    One little nit to pick: power lifter not necessarily big and bulky. The heavy weight ladies, sure, they often are, BUT the normal and light weight ladies are lean (and usually small) by necessity and by the nature of their training – 3 sets of 3 doesn’t work well for hypertrophy.

    But, great post overall Josh.

    Of course I would agree. I actually have friends that are lightweight powerlifters that are long and lean and have that “Dancer’s Body” everyone seems to go for =)

    That being said, I was trying to illustrate a point as simply as possible. Are you’re right, 3×3 actually totally sucks for hypertrophy!
