Oh yes, I did just say "funnest".
I really like the headless deadlifts and the lunge with rotation.
I gotta give Holly extra props for the super 80's-riffic pumpkin hops at the end.
And if there are any wicked strong girls and guys reading this that think they are too hardcore for a pumpkin workout, then you're gonna have to get a big rock or a kettlebell and then spray-paint it orange and pretend it's a pumpkin.
Bonus points if you turn your rock or k-bell into a full on jack-o-lantern.
If you use a heavy kettlebell for "headless deadlifts", really make a point to brace your abs like I was gonna punch you in the stomach, and brace your butt like I was going to kick you in the butt. Your shoulders and hips should stay totally square as you rip the kettlebell/pumpkin off the ground. It's actually a really amazing core drill, along with hitting your legs in a really awesome way.
Even if you do use a rock or a kettlebell for the headless deadlifts and lunge with rotation, I'd keep the real pumpkin for the chops.
