The Three Variables of Food for Fat Loss

Got a question today about what you should track in your food journal.  It's simple, just remember these three rules.

1.) Quantity of Food = Scale Weight

2.) Quality of Food = Body Fat Percentage

3.) Ratios of Food = How Full You Feel

It's actually just that simple.
