There is *no such thing* as Linear Progress

Steps
Most people do fat loss two steps forward
and three steps back

If you can just get to two steps forward
one step back
Then you are ahead of the game

Great fat loss programs usually look like
three steps forward
and one step back

Even with great fat loss programs:
Not all steps are forward

some are back

If you can make peace with the fact that the step back is part of the process,
you'll have a much easier time with fat loss
and beat yourself up a lot less

Just make sure
at the end of each month
that most of your steps have been forward
