I couldn’t agree more! People need to get on the ball and do exactlly what this artical said. I’m a saute chef and gained 20 lbs in a year. I’m getting married soon and needed to loss weight. So I did a ton of cardio BUT ate right and at the right time. I felt so good and only needed like 5-6 hrs of sleep cause I felt better and and had more energy, there for I had more time to go to the gym. Finally I ended up loosing a still healthy 10lbs in 2 weeks! Can’t stop now. If I can do it being surounded by crappy food and getting the late night muchies, anybody can.
Thanks for the encouragement and saying it the right way. It has to be slapped into peoples brains.
