This is quite possibly the coolest thing ever.
I totally love the combination of TRX and Kettlebells as home workout tools because they go together like peanut butter and jelly.
Kettlebells really hit the explosive hip extension – the kettlebell swing – the most powerful fat loss movement there is.
Kettlebells are also awesome for vertical pressing movements of all varieties: Military presses, push presses and jerks.
On the flipside, the TRX is awesome for horizontal pushing and pulling movements; The body row is one of my favorite upper body pulling movements, and the suspended pushup is one of my favorite upper body pushing movements.
The TRX is also awesome for assisted pistol squats (holding onto the straps and leaning into the single leg squat) and can also be used as a foothold for split squats.
Where I'm not a fan of lower body unstable training (BOSU balls, dyna discs, ect.) I am totally for upper body unstable training (like suspended pushups), as long as your feet are on the ground, it gets a thumbs up from me.
I truly believe that the ultimate fat loss home gym is kettlebells + TRX, and the ultimate fat loss workout is this DVD.
I can't possibly be more stoked, I really think that for people working out at home, this is the coolest thing ever.

I'm not gonna lie, most kettlebell DVDs suck donkey balls. Really, they're that bad.
This one, on the other hand, is done by RKC Chief Instructor Pavel – In other words, this is the best kettlebell instruction that you can find, anywhere.
And the TRX sections of the DVD are instructed by Fitness Anywhere Head of Programming Chris Frankel, so you know the TRX sections have to be awesome also.
If you are building a home gym, two kettlebells and a TRX are really all you need for the ultimate home gym. In fact, having two kettlebells and a TRX is actually be a better set up than going to a commercial gym.
I'm so totally stoked that this finally came together.
This is the most kick ass workout this summer.
