There is an art to programing. There is an art to nutrition and training. Resistance training is in 100% of my programs. From actors to primary bodyweight conditioning. Resistance work is key. Never forget that or forget that I love it. There is a time and a place for all types of training. You don’t have to squat 2x bodyweight, but resistance work is key to it all. You just have to have the goods with program design.
Leigh is a wicked awesome fat loss trainer – she's one of my favorite trainers to read. Some of the things she's talking about with nutrition are going to change the game forever.
