I'm not gonna lie, I have no idea really how to explain this video. I just know you have to see it.
It starts off a little slow, but then it gets to "Valentine's Day Partner Workout", why use weights when it's sexier to workout with your girlfriend?
What's even better, is that not only is it totally ridiculous to do kettlebell swings with a person, but he actually does it with pretty awesome form!
The only thing I don't totally understand is that for the split squats, he switched "girlfriends"!
