What to do When Your Fat Loss Stalls on a Vegetarian Diet

Here's the thing about being a vegetarian – switch your mindset from "if it isn't meat it's ok"

to "plant based diet"

And then, always remember, on a plant based diet that you have to always be thinking protein.  There are tons of plant based protein options, and you need to make protein the foundation of your meals.  Then add good plant based fats.  AND THEN add plant based carbs.

1.) Plant based protein

2.) Plant based fat

3.) Obviously healthy, unprocessed, plant based carbs like fruit, brown rice, or quinoa

In that order.  Always.

If you start with carbs you're already lost.
