Why Your Workouts Blow Chunks: 5 Step Checklist

So I'm walking through the Luxor in Vegas, totally embarrassed. 

I'm trying to focus on the flashing lights and bells ringing of the slot machines and the music of the bars.

But I can't.

There's too many people pointing at me and laughing.  Pretty much everyone.

I'm trying to pretend that it's ok, or that I'm almost kind of liking the attention… 

Except for the fact that I'm totally looking like an idiot!  I'm talking over-the-top, completely making a fool out of myself in public, in front of hundreds of total strangers.

I can't believe I got myself into this!

Arnel is like the guy version of Zuzana or something, he's super YouTube famous. 

He's got a bunch of videos, some of them have over a million views.

His workouts are famous.
