Would You Like A Reminder to Work Out?

Coolest thing ever – this website will email you reminders to do stuff on an ongoing basis.

http://www.hassleme.co.uk/

I recommend going there right now and setting up

1.) Reminder to work out (roughly every two days)

2.) Reminder to write in your food journal (roughly every day)

Do it right now!

You could also set up reminders to go buy fresh produce every four or five days.  Or to re-test your bodyfat percentage and check your measurements every two weeks.

Big ups to Scott "The Ab Expert" Colby for dropping knowledge on this.
